Microsoft and Samsung Offer SUR40 or Surface 2.0
Earlier this year, Samsung electronics Company along with the Microsoft Corporation unveiled the newest version of the Microsoft Surface technology. The product uses PixelSense technology, which enables the screen to “see” without using cameras. Building on the success of the first Samsung and Microsoft surface version, the SUR40 allows people to experience their computer in a whole new way thanks to the use of a large display screen that can recognize human hands, fingers, and other objects which are placed directly on the screen. The product will be sold under the name SUR40 by Samsung and will be widely available later in 2011.
The team of Microsoft and Samsung is an obvious pairing, thanks to Microsoft’s reputation for innovation, and Samsung’s industry-leading LCD technology along with their history of successfully marketing large-format display screens. The new SUR40 technology is thinner than ever before allowing it to be more easily used in a greater number of places, and improving the chances that companies can interact with their employees and customers with this innovative product. This complex product combines a number of features that include the following:
· PixelSense proprietary system allows the LCD screen to “see” what is placed on the screen and interpret the shape and size of the object.
· Microsoft’s contribution to the project, the Microsoft surface software allows developers to take advantage of the pixel sense technology and create a user experience that has never been offered on any other platform.
· The SUR40 is designed to be used heavily, in high-volume locations such as retail stores, hotels, and schools.
· The new Samsung screamed is only about 4 inches thick, making it easy to use in either horizontal or vertical layout. Samsung anticipates the screen will be use custom enclosures remounted within walls, and so it offers the BSA mount for customers can use the included standard legs.
· The 40 inch screen is available in high definition 1080 P, with the 16:9 aspect ratio and high resolution making it useful in a number of applications.
While a number of companies have already purchased the Samsung SUR40 with plans to use it in a number of applications, customers will be glad to know that the manufacturer plans to make it widely available in more than 20 countries by the end of 2011. Samsung electronics is known as a leader in digital media, and customers should expect no less from its latest offering. The technology can be used in a number of applications, ranging from architecture to sales. Companies that have already announced their intention to begin using the Samsung SUR40 include French aviation company Dassault, photography giant Fujifilm, energy drink producer Red Bull, and the Royal Bank of Canada. The initial price for the technology is expected to be $7600, and the manufacturer plans to sell the SUR40 through its existing network of distributors.

I just got a Samsung WEP870 Bluetooth headset, iv been listening to music on it but it suddenly stopped! its not mutted on the phone or headset and the headset it working cause when u turn it up to max it beeps and i hear the beep through the headphones, when i turn the bluetooth off it plays through my phone so the phone isnt muted, I can’t figure it out! plz help.

Try re-pairing the bluetooth, if this does not work call samsung tech support and if they cannot get it to work ask them to warranty the unit.This should solve your issues.
